The 11th International Conference of English as a Lingua Franca (ELF11) is going to be held from the 4th to 7th July 2018 at King's College London, London (UK).

Latest News

In April 2016, the Japan Association of College English Teachers (JACET) ELF-SIG was established under the leadership of Prof Kumiko Murata (Waseda U) and Prof Nobuyuki Hino (Osaka U). Meetings and workshops aimed at raising awareness about ELF and its implications have been held regularly. The group started with 20 founding members and now has almost 60. We have held meetings and workshops regularly. Details can be found at the group's website:
